1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Realm Six platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and testers who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Realm Six is a platform that connects app testers with testing opportunities. Testers can earn compensation by completing app testing assignments according to provided instructions.

• Tests typically take 20-30 minutes to complete
• Compensation ranges from $15-$25 per completed test
• Testing availability varies based on development needs
• Payments are processed via Venmo (US) or PayPal (worldwide)

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Tester Responsibilities

As a tester, you agree to:

• Follow all testing instructions carefully and completely
• Provide honest, accurate, and detailed feedback
• Complete tests within the specified timeframe
• Not share test content, instructions, or confidential information with third parties
• Use only your own registered devices for testing
• Not attempt to manipulate or game the testing system
• Maintain professional conduct in all communications

5. Compensation and Payment

Regarding compensation:

• Payment amounts are specified for each test before you begin
• Payment is issued only for successfully completed tests that meet quality standards
• We reserve the right to withhold payment for incomplete, fraudulent, or substandard work
• Venmo payments (US): processed within approximately 5 hours
• PayPal payments: processed within approximately 12 hours
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings

6. Confidentiality

You may have access to confidential information during testing, including unreleased apps, features, and business information. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Realm Six and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about tested apps become the property of the respective app owners and Realm Six, and may be used without compensation or attribution.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false or misleading test results
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from tested apps
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity
• Poor quality submissions
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any pending payments for legitimately completed work will be processed according to our standard procedures.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE SERVICE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC AMOUNT OF TESTING OPPORTUNITIES OR EARNINGS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REALM SIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
